Visiting the TJ Maxx was a fairly positive experience for the most part, however there was a significant amount of empty shelves which lead to a shortage in certain sections of the store mainly pertaining to self-care, makeup and shoes. On the contrary the Runway - Designer section of the store was heavily plentiful with a variety of high end designers. Overall a good experience despite lacking certain products. Would recommend to those looking for designer brands at a great price!

I spent an hour picking my items and waiting in line and could not even purchase my item with my own card because i did not have my physical card with me and they say they need to see my card and ID to accept my payment on apple pay. What a ridiculous idea to ask for the physical card when I had to put in all my personal information already to use apple pay. I love tjmaxx and shop at other locations most of the time and they never do this. Plus there is not enough parking space at this location. DO NOT COME HERE. I wasted my time and energy so stay away from this location.

They have expanded the floor space of this location and the house wares are well organized with plenty of display space and easy to navigate. The women's clothing section was a mess. They have a TON of inventory and great options (found Tory Burch boots, Gucci wallets and belts) but garments were shoved tightly on the racks and sizes were not in order. The racks were too tight to pass oncoming shopping carts in the same aisle. The cramped quarters cramped my shopping experience this evening.

This location has the BEST selection of home decor, and to top it off, it is very well organized and neat, making a shopping experience delightful! I happened to stop in because I was in the area, and to my surprise I was able to fill my whole shopping cart with EVERYTHING that I was looking for! The staff is helpful and friendly too. I'm so glad that I made the drive out here today. And, I'm already planning my next shopping trip!

Worst tjmaxx ever! Their managers always make a big problem for people when they return a merchandise! Their 30 day return policy to get your money back is ridiculous! After 30 days they only give you a store credit or refuse to take back your merchandise! This week I returned an item and they wouldn't take it back and then I went to Marshall's next door and they took it. No questions asked. Sheryl and Chuck always make things complicated for customers when they return an item. Boycott that story in Countryside! Never again!

Large store in this location. Place was pretty clean and organized. A large selection of clothing though a very limited selection of winter coats despite Feb 2022 being winter. Perhaps shortages are to blame. A pretty nice selection of home goods which I'll admit I spent way too long looking at.

Really nice staff, my favorite place to shop. Especially the ladies in the Jewelry section. Great buys, just love this store, this store is the best one for me.
